All rooms are en suite with tea & coffee making facilities, toiletries, hairdryer, still and sparkling water, multi channel TV., in-house movie channel, direct dial telephone, free Wi-Fi broad band connection and radio alarm.

Individually designed with bespoke furniture, lcd TVs, some with king size beds. rRooms have either jaccuzzi baths or feature walk in showers all with bucket heads.

All rooms have views of the garden. These 6 rooms are on the ground floor  with their own patio with garden furniture to enjoy the outdoor space. 

Refurbished in 2017 and is Located on its own, adjacent to the main building (10 yards from hotel entrance). The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, comprising 5 double rooms, 1 twin.

There are Manor House, Deluxe and Classic Family rooms that sleep 2 adults and up to 2 children comfortably. Each room has a double bed and either single sofa beds or pull-out beds or a double sofa bed. We also have a limited number of interconnecting rooms in the garden rooms or deluxe rooms.

A very large room and features the original oak paneling from what was once the Victorian Billiards room.  All of the furniture in the accommodation is bespoke and it has a delightful window seat.The hotel suite accommodation features a king sized bed, a 42" Plasma TV, a lovely lounge area with tea and coffee facilities and comfortable sofas for you to relax in.

The bathroom is the height of luxury; with a Jacuzzi bath and luxury spa toiletries - ideal for relaxing in with a glass of champagne.  Perfect for relieving those aching muscles after a hard days sight seeing in the Lake District or Yorkshire Dales.  The hotel suite bathroom also has its own walk in shower.

Children 15 and under sharing a room with two adults enjoy bed & breakfast for just £10 per child per day. Children over 16 may use the Spa when accompanied by an adult.

Our selection of dog-friendly rooms allocated in the adjacent Coach House building offers direct access to our designated dog friendly area of the garden. Each room is equipped with:

• Waste bags for your convenience

We welcome up to two dogs per room at a supplement of £15.00 per dog, per night. To ensure availability, please contact us directly before booking. We do only have limited rooms that we allow dogs which are the Coach House Classic Double or Twin rooms. If you book the wrong category then we may need to cancel the reservation  with the normal cancellation policy being adapted.
