Picture your wedding in the magnificent surroundings of a 19th century Victorian Manor House, photographs and a delightful drinks reception in award winning landscaped gardens, dining in magnificent splendor, with an attentive, efficient service that leaves you relaxed and free to enjoy the occasion. Weddings on the edge of the Lake District are a truly memorable affair at Appleby Manor Country House Hotel. We offer a wide range of restaurant arrangements catering for a formal banquet style wedding breakfast or a slightly less formal dressed buffet. Midday wedding breakfasts can be offered for up to 30 people in our Oak Room Restaurant – The original dining room of the house which is a beautiful oak panelled room with magnificent views of our Award Winning Gardens and the Lakeland Fells.

Numbers up to 62 guests can be catered for in our Conservatory Restaurant and can be offered to weddings from midday through to late afternoon.

Take exclusive use of the Hotel for maximum flexibility and the timings can be whatever you wish. Your own Country House for you and your friends and family to hold your very own House Party, what could be better? Our aim is to provide you with a fine dining experience, by offering a selection of dishes that are based on modern cooking, but with a classical influence. The following samples of our wedding menus and drinks packages are just a guide, all menus and packages can be changed to give you a bespoke wedding day. Should you have any vegetarians or special dietary requirements, please inform us and we will be delighted to cater for these needs. To help assist the many choices of your special day we have also put together suggested drink packages which include a reception drink, half a bottle of wine per person and a glass of champagne for the Toast. (Non alcoholic drinks package available)
