Slow-Cooked Leg of Lancashire Duckling Served
with lentil & smoked bacon caselet and a sherry jus.

With iced strawberries, melon smoothie and passion fruit syrup
Creamy Cauliflower Risotto (v)
Topped with herb crumble.
Cranberry Sorbet (v)
Served with fresh orange jelly and champagne foam
Braised Blade of Cumbrian Beef
Topped with haggis pithivier, roast baby carrots, rosti potato, parsnip puree and red wine & thyme sauce

With salmon & prawn cannelloni, buttered baby spinach, cherry tomato and shrimp cream sauce
Assiette of Citrus Dessert
Glazed lemon tart with raspberry syrup, mandarin posset, orange and cointreau chiboust, caramel orange and lemon ice-cream
