Your experience begins in the Aroma Salt inhalation Room, a warm, gentle heat.

Time to enjoy the relaxing Pedidarium, then on to the steam room and finishing with the intense heat of the Sauna. Enjoy the feature rain sky shower for an invigorating finish.

From there you can soothe your aching muscles in the Hydrotherapy Pool, This includes 4 unique water experiences and underwater lounges to lay on, with perfectly placed water jets to ease away aches and pains, powerful neck fountains to work on neck and shoulder tensions, and bubble pools to sit and stand in while the water jets massage your body.

Lockers, towels, robes and slippers provided. Please bring swimwear and suitable underwear to wear during treatments.
